My ex girlfriend who was pregnant with my child ran off to Utah to give birth to a baby girl in a messed up state institution and with a company that lies, cheats and steals to undermine natural families of god given rights!
I hired an attorney in Utah within three days of recieving a letter from an adoption agency calling itself Ironically the “adoption agency of choice” – “agency of choice” sounds like an abortion facility if you ask me; And even though I got on the ball immediately, and got an attorney right then and there I’m still facing an uphill battle against lies and nonsense?
Also I had filed for paternity in our home state more than a month before this so both she and I were aware that I had made a stand for the child in indiana where the child was concieved and where both of us resided;
I imagine that the caring councelors at the adoption center were made aware of this as well. The caring councelors I talked to on the phone claimed they knew about me for over a month and failed to inform me of the situation. They were also told immediately by me on the phone that I opposed the adoption therefore the adoption took place against my will and without allowing me a “choice!” Great track record for the adoption center of “choice!”
The question is what do we have to do to get our children back from this messed up and horrible institution?
I have pending court cases in Utah and therfore I do have a chance! But the reality is that this shouldn’t even be happening at all!
Fathers and Natural families should have a say in the placement of their children, no matter what!
I’n my case I established interest by filing for paternity in my home state, the state of conception and the state of residence of the biological parents of the child.
I also immediately informed the adoption center by telephone that I opposed the adoption, and got a lawyer at huge personal expense in their state to play their games and tricks!

I have written the Indiana leggies on your behalf. I doubt that will do much good but I have tried. Let me know if there is anything else that I can do.

You know the proplem you have is with the female you laid with. The adoption agency is just doing their job. They didn’t take your ex and haul her of to Utah and take her baby. That was an adult decisioon that she made on her own, wether she let you know or not. I recently placed my child with this agency. And My childs father was 100% active with the agency. They made very clear that they are there no matter what you decide. If you choose to parent your child they are there too! And the sighning over of rights is a very real experince. They don’t leave in any question the decisions you are making. They explain every aspect and make sure that that is exactlly you want. I am sorry that you have had to go through this very horrible, heart breaking experence. But your child is with a family who loves it beyond your belife. You have givin them a wonderful gift that they have wished for for god knows how long. Be happy for them and handle this with the one in wrong. Your ex! She was neglagent in your rights.

It is not HIS job to give someone else HIS child. The AGENCY knew that they were violating HIS rights to raise HIS daughter. THIS AGENCY has a LONG history of doing this to mothers and fathers. Explain why the state of IILLINOIS banned them from advertising and practicing adoption in their state.THE ADOPTERS are not entitled to HIS child. THEY could got to the foster care system. HE made his choice VERY clear. Sorry Bryn these kind of folks tick me off so royally. I am his CHILD fourty two years down the road.
