Contact your own State Senator! Inform them that Utah violates the 1960 the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children. And that the Adoption Agency we are fighting sued the Utah Supreme court to keep it from being enforced and won! And inform them that for profit Adoption Placement Agencies use interstate adoption schemes to defraud biological Fathers. Mother’s have little rights after placement as well.

Utahs Senators, the state that allows the active participation of Attorneys in the adoption process. In essence in Utah Attorney’s tell Adoption Councelors how to trick Biological Fathers and Mothers out of their rights. Does not enforce the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children of 1960 and allows the placement of children without informing or consent of the fathers! Not only does Utah give Fathers no Rights but Mothers have no rights to recover their children after 24 hours!

She has business and personal ties to the owner of the Adoption Center of Choice in Utah which is owned by an insurance Salesman in California named James Webb. Webb business address is also the Address forAbraham Center of Life’s California office.
