What would Martin Luther King Jr say, This is a Civil Rights struggle! Much like the slaves of the past, the new slave Trade is children!
No child should be adopted over the outcries of a dissenting willing and caring parent! What would you do if it were someone in your immediate family or your child ?
Make no mistake this is the new slave trade! If you have the Right race, eye color and credentials they will do whatever it takes to get that baby! State Jumping, lying, perjury! I am a white upper middle class male, college educated, currently studying for a Ph.D in physics. The mother is fair skinned healthy, thin, attractive and lived in Europe on and off for a while. Exactly the kind of people who you would want to have your child if you were a white couple who couldn’t have kids and wouldn’t want be seen with children you could not possibly have made yourself! Jenalee’s used my credentials to sell my own child.
What was in the hearts of people who ran the slave trade more than a hundred years ago is exactly what is in the hearts of the people who are now running these Adoption Mills today!
I sent putative father papers to Utah before the child was born, I filed for paternity in my own state a month and a half prior to birth. My girlfriend told me on the phone she would give birth locally! When I received a package in the mail informing me of an adoption, I immediately called the adoption agency and told them I was against the adoption and then had hired an attorney in Utah less than 2 days later! The adoption agency refused to tell me if the child had been born for about two months after that.
They placed the child with a family anyway knowing about the putative father papers and paternity action in Indiana and phone calls against the adoption. Since then I have called the FBI, the Attorney Generals office in Utah, the DOJ. All of the above tell me its not their jurisdiction its one of the other guys!
What more can I do? Could I have done? Why haven’t I gotten custody already? Why haven’t I seen my daughter, had a trial ? What is going on here ?
What about “this is what we get for our great-great-grandparents Running the slave Trade ??”
I am very proud of this ! There are no slave owners in my personal family history! My mom’s family came directly from Europe Recently and My Father’s Family were Quakers! Thats right the people who Ran the Underground Railroad and actively free’d the slaves! In fact at our Family home in Michigantown there are hiding spaces where newly freed slaves hid the people who were coming to capture them and return them to their cruel owners!
People Like … Jenalee Ryan, Larry Jenkins, Linda Zuflacht, James C. Webb, and the associates of the adoption agencies involved inflorida, utah, texas and so on … Human Filth who sell living souls! Don’t be foolish ALL of them! Every single one would have been involved in the Slave Trade that flourished in this country just under a century ago today! It’s time to wake up and realize that this is a crime of enormous proportion and do whatever we can to fight back and unadopt these children ! And put these people where they belong in Jail so it never happens again!

I think this is an Equal Protection matter, Once that baby leaves the
mothers body both parents are equally responsible and must have equal
rights. Since my Obligations to the child are not terminable simply by
entering the state of Utah My Equal Rights were violated. Tiffany
could have kept the Baby without informing me by signing no parental
release and stayed in the state of Utah or moved from state to state to
state, forcing me to pay child support! I think I have an equal right
to the child ! Since my obligation to the child is interminable, by
entering a state unkown, my rights to the child are interminable. The
Adoption Agency and Mother waived any right to Privacy by informing me!
Under Utah code there are Numerous rights given to the Parent that were only allowed to the Mother!

The Abraham Center for Life Website is Down … Down … Down … This could be because they are being investigated by the FDA and FBI right now or fear of lawsuits from the connections between the two agencies.
However Google has cached many of their websites, Any and all web searches for “Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc.” and simular sounding names lead to cache’d websites on http://abrahamcenteroflife.com/
On their old website it states … “If you are an adoption attorney or licensed agency and would like more information on our services, please contact us at 1-800-488-3238 and we will be glad to explain our program to you. ”
In other words Jennalee Ryan is asking to assemble an attorney / agency organization! Notice Also that Jennalee Ryan asks attorney’s first not adoption agencies? If Ryan is planning consentual and above the board adoptions why does she need attorneys more than adoption agencies. People only need attorneys to do nonconsensual and possibly illegal actions. All government actions that are consentual and legal only need forms and notaries! And this is a lot cheaper than hiring an attorney!
Therefore Jennalee Ryan CEO and Founder Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc has already assembled a network for dealing with nonconsensual and possibly illegal activities!
I think this is unethical to take children from contesting fathers or manufacture embryo’s in the test tubes when there are so many children suffering in the Foster Care System!
Make no mistake Jennalee Ryan is catering to Racist wealthy parents and is running an interstate Law Network. It is her demographic. The Connection with the Law Network is a win / win situation for the Lawyers involved! They get payed by wealthy adoptee’s even if the father’s eventually win in court! No Malpractice even if they cause the bad adoption or advise the Adoption Agencies to commit perjury! Legal Fee’s are Legal Baby Selling!

Why are they taking children away from their biological parents while so many children suffer in the foster care system?

Why is the interstate Commerce of human souls being allowed in the United States of America? And individual state laws protecting the Baby selling industry but not parental rights?
Shouldn’t the US government protect the little guy? And let the fathers pick the state of Jurisdiction, between birth, conception, adoption etc?
This is nothing but white slavery, baby selling and biological prostitution! And its gone on far too long in this country!
I believe that every states laws that can have a claim’s laws should be followed. If both parents live in one state, the child is concieved in that state, and one parent is flown to another state by an agency from yet another state I don’t think that the “yet another state” should have jurisdiction. Just because they were used in Birth Deception. I think the state of conception, and citizenship of both parents should take precedent. Most Importantly Every child has a right to know where they came from and every parent has a right to know their own child!

Why is a California Insurance Agent Running a Utah Adoption Agency? It seems just like more ways to circumvent local laws and any legal responsibility! James Webb also sells Insurance and Real Estate a Perfect Opportunity for Money Laundering!

I hope somebody in law enforcement has the courage to go after and prosecute these criminals!

Why do Adoption Agencies Lie about their location in phone listings and in phone calls just to get Babies to Utah? Why? Is it because Utah’s legal system has become corrupted by the Adoption Industry and it is unfavorably Biased for the Adoption Industry? Note that the Uninvestigated cases of Fraud against adoptive parents by the Utah Department of Justice means they are anti adoptive parent too, just pro adoption industry! Or Is it because the Mormon Religion is Biased against unwed mothers and fathers and single parents cant get a fair trial there? Or is it all of the Above?

Imagine if someone charges 10,000 dollars to send a model to your hotel room for sex, and calls it “Advertising Fee’s.” That would be considered Prostitution and Money Laundering.

I called their 1-800-Number (800) 430-2367 and it lead me to the AdoptionCenter or the Adoption Center of Choice,
In fact when I called the Coucelor who is commiting Purgery against me in court in Utah answered the phone(Linda Cohler). I asked if this is A ababy adoptions, and she said yes, I asked where are you located … and she “refused” to answer the question and became suspicious, I asked if it was a company, I asked if they have a board of directors, she said yes, I asked her to name the Director of her company, she again avoided the question again, I asked her to name just one person on the board of directors she hesitated, she named “Lee Sterzer I think” I sked her to spell it “Lee Sterzer!”
