Jennalee Ryan, Abraham Center of Life, Jennalee Ryan CEO and Founder Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc.

The Abraham Center for Life Website is Down … Down … Down … This could be because they are being investigated by the FDA and FBI right now or fear of lawsuits from the connections between the two agencies.
However Google has cached many of their websites, Any and all web searches for “Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc.” and simular sounding names lead to cache’d websites on http://abrahamcenteroflife.com/
On their old website it states … “If you are an adoption attorney or licensed agency and would like more information on our services, please contact us at 1-800-488-3238 and we will be glad to explain our program to you. ”

In other words Jennalee Ryan is asking to assemble an attorney / agency organization! Notice Also that Jennalee Ryan asks attorney’s first not adoption agencies? If Ryan is planning consentual and above the board adoptions why does she need attorneys more than adoption agencies. People only need attorneys to do nonconsensual and possibly illegal actions. All government actions that are consentual and legal only need forms and notaries! And this is a lot cheaper than hiring an attorney!
Therefore Jennalee Ryan CEO and Founder Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc has already assembled a network for dealing with nonconsensual and possibly illegal activities!

I think this is unethical to take children from contesting fathers or manufacture embryo’s in the test tubes when there are so many children suffering in the Foster Care System!

Make no mistake Jennalee Ryan is catering to Racist wealthy parents and is running an interstate Law Network. It is her demographic. The Connection with the Law Network is a win / win situation for the Lawyers involved! They get payed by wealthy adoptee’s even if the father’s eventually win in court! No Malpractice even if they cause the bad adoption or advise the Adoption Agencies to commit perjury! Legal Fee’s are Legal Baby Selling!

So are Ryan Advertising Fee’s in Texas. Notice the Adoption Business can pick and chose a different state for each aspect of the adoption, Advertising fee’s in one state, facilitation Fee’s in another, adoption in another, birth in another, custody in another …..

Why are they taking children away from their biological parents while so many children suffer in the foster care system?

Why allow each aspect of the adoption to take place in the state that is most benificial to the adoption business?

Why can’t Utah prosecute Jennalee Ryan’s Silver Spoons for Baby Brokering and Money Laundering for the $10,000 plus in fee’s she charges?

Why can’t Texas overturn the Adoption under Texas Law because I filed a Paternity suit in my state A month and a half before birth?  -Remember the Adoption Placement Service is  Jennalee Ryan’s “A Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions.” in San Antonio Texas!
Why is the interstate Commerce of human souls being allowed in the United States of America? And individual state laws protecting the Baby selling industry but not parental rights?

Shouldn’t the US government protect the little guy?  And let the fathers pick the state of Jurisdiction, between birth, conception, adoption etc?
This is nothing but white slavery, baby selling and biological prostitution! And its gone on far too long in this country!

I believe that every states laws that can have a claim’s laws should be followed. If both parents live in one state, the child is concieved in that state, and one parent is flown to another state by an agency from yet another state I don’t think that the “yet another state” should have jurisdiction. Just because they were used in Birth Deception. I think the state of conception, and citizenship of both parents should take precedent.  Most Importantly Every child has a right to know where they came from and every parent has a right to know their own child!
Jennalee Ryan moved her Businesses from California to Texas because Texas’s negligent laws on child selling in the facilitation business.

Jennalee Ryan also remains in contact with an associate in California named James Webb who owns or runs “The Adoption Center of Choice” in Orem Utah. Why is a California Insurance Agent Running a Utah Adoption Agency? It seems just like more ways to circumvent local laws and any legal responsibility!  James Webb also sells Insurance and Real Estate a Perfect Opportunity for Money Laundering!
If you are following my struggle or Cody’s you may be aware that theadoptioncenter.com in Orem Utah is connected to the Embryo Selling Business in San Antonio Texas through James Webb in California who’s business address is the same as Californias Abraham Center of Life and James Webb is Listed as Agent of Service for “The Adoption Center of Choice,” and “A Heart of Gold Adoptions”!

I hope somebody in law enforcement has the courage to go after and prosecute these criminals!

Thank You

-Bye

The company that set her network up for her is suing her for non payment. I don’t know if you knew that or not. She doesn’t like to pay her bills.

What a blessing of a site I have just discovered here!! THANK YOU. Interesting I was just in a conversation about donor conception with a DC adult and it sparked the curiousity in me to see if there were “top dog money minded wack jobs” behind the agencies, and donor clinics…apparently you’ve beat me to it and done a fine job as well!!

I will DEFINITELY be linking this site to my personal blog!! And I’ll be back to read regularly! Thank you!

Actually, the website was down temporarily due to a name change by our server. Its UP UP UP. There are no investigations from the FBI, FDA, CIA or any other federal agencies. I have been in business for over 20 years…it must be an awfully long investigation. Ooops…i put the word attorney before “agency”…my bad. ill try to correct that right away. didnt realize that it would be interpreted as a massive plot aimed at recruiting attorneys to help me with “illegal” actions. (sounds like SOMEONE is a little paranoid, perhaps?
Although it appears by this post that you know me personally…you state that i cater to “wealthy racist clients” hmmmm….would these be black , white or hispanic racist clients? just curious, since i have biological children that are african american and my husband is Hispanic.
I dont have the slightest idea who you are…and i can assure you that I was not at all involved in the adoption of your son. Those that know me know that i am very pro-father.I always think”what if this was my son that was going through this?”i would be heartbroken. i believe that birthfathers have as much right to their offspring as birthmothers do. It is unfortunate if the state of Utah does not agree with me on that issue.
As far as me”taking children away from their biological parents” …i have never spoken to a pregnant woman who was considering placement without advising her NOT to place. Interesting that you would state such a thing about me. i am actually probably one of the only people in the adoption industry that considers themselves “anti-adoption”. I believe that adoption is a necessary evil….in only the most extreme of cases. THAT is precisely why i started The Abraham center of Life…to give infertile couples another option. Oh, and by the way….for the record i have never gained any financial benefit through this business. i actually never intended to. i hoped to break even…but I actually continue to lose money. Why, you ask, would I do it then? because I believe in it. Simple as that.
as far as the “legal” issues…i did not go to Texas for any reason other than i love the state. i continue to run my business in Calif. and the laws of neither state has ever been a problem. I comply 100% with all state and federal laws, otherwise I wouldn’t be here 20 years later. Someone made the comment that i am being sued for some sort of “nonpayment”. That , i am afraid is another lie. Nope…you’re right…i dont like to pay bills…Im just like everyone else. Do you? but, i know that its a part of running a business and so I pay them faithfully. i have no outstanding bills…no lawsuits…sorry to rain on your slanderous parade, but you really should get your facts straight before you vent. although i am not particularly concerned about the many lies that circulate re. myself and my business, due to the fact that i dont work with the public and so I quite frankly, dont care what people think, I am more than willing to talk to you one on one so that you are educated when writing about me.From what i can gather by this blog, you are a father whose son was placed for adoption without your consent. You have every right to be angry. i am angry for you. I cant blame you at all for lashing out at anyone and everyone. It certainly appears to me to be unjust. I wish that there was something that i could say or do to make the pain and emptiness that you are dealing with go away, but I come up empty. The fact that your son has a birthfather such as yourself, that obviously so truly loves and cares for him, will surely guarantee a relationship between the two of you after he has treached the age of 18. Small solace to you now, i know, but that is something that all of the laws of the nation cannot take away from you. Wishing you peace and happiness until that day.

one more thing….I dont know who manufactured the $10,000.00 fee quote. That is not the fee that is charged. It is not even close. That figure is a complete fabrication. please be careful when you print things that are false and defamatory, the consequences can cause a lot of unnecessary grief.

I read this kind of drivel and I don’t dispute the right of even fools to speak their mind in this country. However, such garbage shouldn’t be given any credence. How many children have YOU adopted from foster care?

Before you go telling adoptive parents or anyone else what they are obligated to do what have YOU done? If the answer is you have adopted zero from foster care than I suggest you stop talking about that which you have no knowledge of. I can tell you that adopting from foster care is much harder than people think it is. The system actively recruits temporary foster parents and tries to discourage adoptive parents. So, its generally not an effective way to build a family (which is the goal of most married adults)

Perhaps, private adoption should not be allowed. However, it is indisputable that currently all 50 states and the District of Columbia do currently allow this practice.
Adoption agencies receive that degree of regulation that the state legislature in each state sees as appropriate.

You complain that agencies do not care about the rights of birthfathers. This is not entirely correct. The legal system in many states provides that unmarried fathers do not have parental rights unless they follow a registration process set out in the state adoption code. In most cases I have seen the agency is simply following state law. If you are an aggrieved birth father, you need to read the state adoption code before making your girlfriend pregnant. And, you certainly need to read it and educate yourself what your rights are before the child is born. Its probably beyond your imagination to do so, but fathers in such a situation should seek legal consultation BEFORE the child is born!

I’m sorry, sir, but the world does not revolve around you. Many state legislatures and the court system decided years ago that if birthfathers fail to register on a list they have no parental rights. Its these entities (not you) who have the final say on this point.

    Ms. Ryan,

I know for a fact that you are not allowed to do any adoptions in the state of Texas. You are not allowed to even facilitate an adoption. I know that you still do it. In fact, I will be writing my state representative about you. He is very aware of you. I will be contacting Department of Family Protective and Child Services about this site and your comments.

By the way, Texas and its citizens don’t love you and we want you gone or in jail.

    Sincerely
    Amy K. Burt

While you’re here Ms. Ryan can you explain this:

    and this:

    ?

    Help me understand.

By the way to the concerned citizen, Bryn did file on the Indiana, Texas and the Utah putative registries. HE still doesn’t have his DAUGHTER. I personally know of at least ten fathers where this is the case. The agencies have learned to circumvent even the putative father registries. So don’t even give me that crap. I know better. Ms. JennaLee Ryan is one of the worst.

“…When the Press spoke with Ryan, the site stated that “Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc., charges a flat fee of $8,300. This is for a two-year advertising contract. In addition, you will be required to pay a home study fee [of] $1,500-$2,500…” …”

    8300 + (1500+2500)/2 = $10,300
    8300+1500 = $9,800
    8300+2500 = $10,800

Wistfully, the resolution is ofttimes an approximation that is so simple it would only need a precise period of time to secure into position, but is ofttimes excluded.
