A guide to keeping your first born son or Daughter if you intend to by Sandra Folwke

Sandra is the state Representative of Orem Utah the home of the baby selling adoption Agency of Choice!

She Believes that I must obey Utah law without knowing what that Is or that is.

Utah law must allow a biological parent to keep their first born somehow! Right? There must be some legal path for a father to keep his only daughter and first born right?

I filed for paternity on June 7, 2007 in indiana. Less than ten weeks before birth(during the third trimester) and thirty day’s before the birth of my first born daughter. I faxed Putative Father papers to Utah on July 20th, Three Days before the Birth of my daughter and I hired an Attorney named Dale Dorius that day. Sandra Folwke believes that I, a citizen of indiana, am a subject of Utah law and Must obey and know Every Aspect or else lose my first born, Legally!

Can Sandra Quote What Utah Laws I broke of the top of her head? And more importantly can she give fathers who want to raise their own flesh and blood a guide so that that this never happens again?

Can Sandra Rationally argue that she would have done better?

Infinite Justice!

What it Justice what does this word mean? And how do we get it…

The Idea is that things are fair Equal and above the board. Our Society is Founded on the Idea of Justice and the Job of All Law Enforcement and Judges is to carry it out so why aren’t they…

The three pillars of hard Justice are Retribution, Distribution, and Restitution. But more importantly than these things. The three pillars of the soft side are protection, prevention, and correction!

What is retribution in this case? An eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, a child for a child? Under old testiment law Larry Jenkins, Linda Zuflacht, should have their first born taken from them right? In fact the Koran and the Bible say to do just that! However in the modern world we focus on the criminals themselves and put them behind bars, as punishment and so they are restricted from causing harm!

What about distribution? This is my only child. My daughter who I named Teresa, is my first born. This may be my only child ever. I have no nieces or nephews on my mothers side. She is the only person in the next generation of my Immediate family. All of the adoptive parent profiles I obtained had families already had children. Is it fair distritbution to take my first born and only child away and give it to a couple that has already adopted one two or three kids already or already is a raising children of their own and wants more? If there is a family of four out there who’s adopted my child shouldn’t they have to give me two? Its not the Job of the Government to redistribute parents.

What is fair Restitution for taking a child by force. Even if I win in court I’ve already lost a year and the adoptive family loses too… The Children need to be returned to their actual parents and the Adoption Agencies need to pay severe penalties to all parties who were harmed including the child — Yes I said the child! Ask any the many children who were adopted how they feel about it!

How do we prevent this type of things from happening in the future? Enforce the criminal code’s that are already there(see below). Recognise that an unborn child in the last trimester and a newborn is a human being and therefore adoption when there is outstanding paternity is Kidnapping and abduction of a child under any states law.

People need third party observers in the Adoption Process to protect scared new parents from being taken advantage of by preditory adoption couselors, facilitators and agencies!

Every single Abducted child needs to be returned to their parents. The system needs to be changed. How is it that kidnapping and child selling are illegal in this country and the Adoption Industry is a 2+ billion dollar a year business? LEO’s are not enforcing the law and allowing the interstate trafficking in Human beings to confound them even though agencies are breaking local and Federal Laws.

Agencies advertising across the country as “local” adoption agencies are guilty of “false advertising” and “wire fraud” and “mail fraud” since they use the mail to communicate with women who hired a “local” adoption agency. The facilitators, who charge home study fee’s and “advertising” fees are comiting money laundering and racketeering. The agents who move jurisdiction from state to state are commiting fraud and custodial interference and kidnapping. Women who are forced to give up their newborns through coersion by Adoption couselors are commiting “criminal confignment.” Also the coersive tactics at the “maternity” homes is criminal confignment, the adoption profiteers who run these homes are commiting racketeering and money laundering as well. From what I hear about Utah there is probably “Bribing of Judges as Well!” And many suspect that the mother’s aren’t

The application of adoption code’s violates the 14th ammendment. Men and Women are considered equal under the law. Once the child leaves that mother’s body both biogical parents must sign a release. Especially if the father is fully aware of the child and has filed putative father registries. In most of our cases the Adoption Agency was aware of the father’s intent to stop the adoption and the mothers were moved to Utah Just to Give Birth. In several Cases there is also a First Ammendment violation as well. It is clear that the Mormon Church is keeping the children away from their non Mormon fathers.

So to correct the situation LEO’s enforce local state and federal laws on “child selling,” wirefraud, criminal confignment, kidnapping, conspiracy, money laundering and racketeering. Each step in the adoption process that makes money is a potent conspirator, money launderer, and racketeer. Wouldn’t you like to put a few lawyers behind bars? And isn’t it outrageous that state licensed social workers are making Lawyers who conspire to sell children Rich?

Any contested Adoption is a bad Adoption!

No moral or Ration human being can actually argue that what the “Adoption Center of Choice” does is right.

They already know that someone is going to get badly hurt in the process when they start the manipulation.

Can we argue that the mother of baby Tamia got what she deserved when they wouldn’t give her child back or that the adoptive parents were treated right when the courts finally undid the adoption?

These agencies are flying women around knowing it is going to be trouble. Larry Jenkins knew about my local paternity case, we discussed it on the phone prior to my daughter’s birth. The Facilitators(Jennalee Ryan’s Silver Spoon) were told “I would fight the case fully in court.”

Unlike the baby Tamia case I never relinquished custody at all and consistantly opposed the legal adoption of my child. Where is the constitutional Equal Protection for fathers.

The law is supposed to be blind when it comes to race, gender, social status, orientation and religion, and so on when it comes to all Laws! This is called the “Equal Protection Clause” in the US Constitution. Baby Tamia’s mother flew to Utah, gave up her baby, signed a release form left Utah and let a considerable amount of time pass and she still got her child back. Budy Pruitt never signed any releases and consistantly opposed any adoption and still lost his child forever? How is that?

Buddy Pruitt is a white male. That puts three strikes of Injustice against him. One men aren’t supposed to raise babies. Also white Males have no special victim status and therefore virtually nobody wants to support them in these cases. Thirdly every reputable source on the darkside of adoption tells me that white babies bring in more money.

Eula McNulty a black woman had Mary Mitchell, a Sun Times Reporter go to bat for her. Honestly I’m happy for her but every time I read her case I see how much less deserving she is than people who have consistantly opposed their kids adoptions and never surrendered their children. Especially Legally never signed a legal document waiving their rights! If Cody O’dea or Mathiew Tennison went temporarily insane and signed a waiver giving up their kids and then months later fought for their kids would they have a stones chance in hell! No they wouldn’t!
The case of Baby Tamia and Eula McNulty shows that Utah law not only bends but it totally collapses under outside pressure and scrutiny. Under Utah’s whacky adoption code she had no rights to her child whatsoever. It was bad for business to go ahead with that Adoption with the Illinois newspapers, legislators and civil right groups looking at it. There is really no strong ethic’s of law in the Utah courts as far I can tell -and I think this case proves it beyond any reasonable doubt.

Other Sources and people I have talked to claim that the Juvenile Judges accept bribes, and that Utah’s courts can be extremely corrupt, and that aspects of the LDS church is corrupt itself. In most cases if the father does whatever is necessary to protect his rights the court finds discretionary power to revoke those rights if at all possible. Simultaneously if it gets to the point where the law plainly states that the parent has no rights they are terminated immediatly.

Since there is no Justice in Utah they shouldn’t be allowed to have Jurisdiction anything whatsoever. Especially anything to do with the welfare of children.

Yet US courts allow them to take children over the consent of parents who both reside out of state?

How can Utah’s biased pro-Adoption courts legally supercede the Jurisdiction of a prebirth custody case in the state of conception and residence of both parents? With the Utah lawyers directing the movement of the mothers only to move the jurisdiction of the adoption there?

How do you explain case after case after case of white fathers doing everything they can to keep their children and still losing them. While a Black Woman can sign away her child and undo the adoption months later? That doesn’t seem like Equal protection …

I’m not playing the race card just pointing out that the nature of adoption is racism, sexism, and classism. It’s not the all seeing eye of God they fear but normal people. They certainly do very bad things!

Children Sold for over $23,000 publicly in Utah by “All for Love Adoptions”

“The Adoption Center of Choice” of Orem Utah is the name of a company that owned/run by a James Webb of Temecula California, who is also an Allstate Insurance Agent. The Adoption Center of Choice was a for profit company until 2005, when it changed its predatory for profit status to the harmless non profit status. So suddenly in 2005 they were just nice people who wanted to help people Adopt babies.

Since its the same people, the same employee’s did they suddenly stop wanting to make money selling children? We don’t think so.

Some Confusing Facts … “A Heart of Gold Adoptions” also of Orem Utah which is now a legally expired company in fact it closed the same year the Adoption Center of Choice changed its status in the Utah Business Records 2005. It lists its Agent of Service as “All for Love Adoptions.” “All For Love Adoptions” opens right after “Adoption Center of Choice” starts being non profit in the fall of 2005.

All for Love has 1000 shares of common Stock, do you think the Stock was just switched over share for share from the common Stock of the old for Profit Adoption Center of Choice ? Inquiring Minds would like to know …

The Parents Pay up front $500 to do an application then they must pay $8,300.00, then another $15,000 when they get the baby…
From All For Love’s Website “The base cost of adopting a baby through our agency is $23,800.00″ that means that it can cost more according to them. And $8,000 doesn’t guarantee a baby at all according to their agreement.

Remember “All for Love Adoptions” is the Registered Agent of “A Heart of Gold Adoptions” which share a 1-800-Number and Website with “The Adoption Center of Choice.” These can appear to be seperate companies on paper but are they? Its extremely unlikely that they are. In fact I suspect that there is more corruption than the sloppy paper trail indicates.

Why are the facts confusing? Because there are more entities to launder baby with!

Follow the Lenders, Advertiser’s and the Law Profession etc. etc. etc. The Genius Jenalee Ryan herself invented Advertising Fee’s as Money Laundering for Adoption.
$23,000 is I bet a small way of testing who can afford to pay much much more I’m afraid. According to people I’ve talked to in Texas bidding can go much much higher between $90,000 and a Quarter Million or more in rare cases … According to http://w3.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/039/RipOff0039846.htm which talks about “A Heart of Gold Adoptions” an Agency directly tied to “All for Love” and James Webb. There is Open Bidding offered to Adoptive Parents and in the RipoffReport the parents never got a child despite paying a huge fee …
So the only people who are benifiting are the baby brokers not the adoptive parents or biological / birth parents … Go figure ?   And what about the children ?  More on that later – (I’ve got some nasty stats that show that adopted children are not better off!)

Trafficking in Human souls where will it end?

As you may know several of us have been knocking on the doors of the Feds to do something about human trafficking, baby selling and adoptions where mother’s are coerced or where the adoption is done over the outcries of the father. And where the babies are sold in open auctions, and when the babies are moved from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, in order to facilitate loophole after loophole allowing everything we believe to be illegal in adoption to take place without any legal retaliation. After all who has jurisdiction when the owner of the adoption agency in Utah lives in California and the Facilitator is in Texas ?

In this country we have outlawed slavery and come a long way. Any type of paying money for possession of a human being is supposed to be illegal, and custody outside of biological obligation or saving a child who no one else can take care of is possession. Face it people who want a baby for themselves against the will of a parent or are willing to supply a child to them are engaging in human trafficking. It doesn’t matter how they “launder” the baby. Whoever makes a profit wether it be adoption attorney’s who supply children to parents who “want that baby” or payment via “advertising fee’s” or “home study fee’s.” It doesn’t matter it is only Money Laundering, Conspiracy, and so on.

Mary Mitchell of the Chicago suntimes gets a big pat on the back for banning the Adoption Center of Choice in Orem Utah from Doing Business in the state of Illinoise. But then why are they still advertising their 1-800-NUMBER as being a local company in downtown chicago? Without an actual storefront?

I emailed and phoned Mary Mitchell about this problem and she never responded to me personally, I don’t know if she put it in a news story or not.

For the most part I won’t post rebuttal’s you get the last say …

These are time stamped post’s. Any factual denials need to have links or documentation since I provide links to the evidence on this page, and should be quantitative not qualitative in nature. People who make threats will be ignored(two strikes rule).

I consider this a record of my struggle for future generations… And I sincerely pray that this will be over and I will be victorious soon.

Few people would sit back and let a child be taken from them against their will I am not personally out to get anyone and certainly many deserve far worse than they will receive at my hands!

Be sure you understand the concepts of speculation, conclusions, evidence, hearsay, context, appropriation, before you read anything on the Internet.

I’m sorry for any mistakes I’ve made that cause people harm.

To forgive is to Forget the Pain … We should Forgive but not facilitate further destruction of our civil liberties and families! Fight Back, Win help them get Jobs in the Telemarketing industry instead!

I have personally found this struggle very trying and difficult. It seems that at every turn I find road blocks and no one seems to care or even understand. Its very easy for my soul to turn into pain and chaos!

As law abiding citizens we are just supposed to sit here and let them take our kids against our will and sell them for money? As an American raised on Television I don’t find this very American! What would happen if someone took Rambo’s kid against his will? Or Charles Bronson’s? They hunt them down like hell itself and kill them? What about Jessica Fletcher? Julia Roberts? Would injustice just be allowed to flicker on the TV screen? Where is the happy ending if one more child is sold down the River by the Adoption Industry against the will of one or both parents?
