Mary Mitchell of the Chicago suntimes gets a big pat on the back for banning the Adoption Center of Choice in Orem Utah from Doing Business in the state of Illinoise. But then why are they still advertising their 1-800-NUMBER as being a local company in downtown chicago? Without an actual storefront?

I emailed and phoned Mary Mitchell about this problem and she never responded to me personally, I don’t know if she put it in a news story or not.

How did they do this?
I think Ms Mitchell and the Government of Illinois needs to look into the problem of Utah adoptions some more.
Because it is clear to me that they are still doing business and probably did not stop doing business in response to the baby Tamia case.
