Most people I talked to who knew about them either Hate them or are them. Which explains the two different Versions.
Usually when you hear stories like that its some combination, like they Worship Some Alien Jesus Just like you … or you would if you were raised by them…
Ironically I’m doing some of my PHD work on Terraforming. Which is creating a heuristic plan with a series of steps to make alien worlds inhabitable.
The question is if Mormons believe that they are Aliens does this mean Our kids were abducted by Aliens ? Makes you Wonder!

On about the Third Page It states …
“Venue
You must file in the County where the Minor resides or is present.
If there is more than one minor, they must all reside or be present in the same county. If they reside or are present in separate counties, a separate case must be filed in each county.
Select the county the minor resides in or is present in.”
My response is in every single Adoption/ newborn Kidnapping case – for the Father’s that we are concerned about the children are placed without notice of birth and the location of that child is not released.
It seems that there is no legal procedure in place for out of state fathers.
Senator Jorgeson of Idaho has compiled a list of “fathers” who’s children were placed without notification of birth … And the locations are hidden.
IT is unclear what procedure is to be followed. Certainly since I hired an attorney three day’s before the birth of my daughter in Utah and faxed putative father papers to Utah that day…
There must be a correct procedure to follow to liberate the child from abduction by the adoption Industry.

If you look at case after case the “Law” is mainly concerned about the well being of the couple’s trying to do adoptions. Not the wellbeing of the children or the Natural Families who are in exactly the same shoes as adoptive hopefulls, except one kicker it’s actually their relative… About half of Foriegn adoptee’s are rejected by their adoptive families.
I’ve noticed in almost all the cases where the FBI does something about it … It involves an Adoptive couple Getting Taken, and the only people punished are the Birth Moms, and very rarely the Agency. Here we have several cases alleging interstate child selling, moving Jurisdiction, kidnapping … The Illegalities are Blatant. The moving of children by misleading phonecalls and multiple agencies is fraud. The misleading phonecalls are wirefraud, its interstate commerce, and falls under the FBI’s Jurisdiction only. The “coaching” and coordination constitute Criminal Conspiracy.
The coersion of Mothers in Maternity homes, and denial of there rights, threatening to “make them pay them back for everything” and telling them “The Utah State Child Protective Services will take their kids anyway and they’ll never see them again” if they don’t give up their kids. Is far worse than the forced labor problems the FBI actually bothers investigating. As far as I can tell…
There are several father’s who were informed that they would receieve custody of a newborn, but are in a more traumatic situation than “Adoptive” Parents, because it is the abduction of their own kid, not a hopefull child … Yet the FBI and Justice Department are only prepared to step up to the plate in cases where adoptive couple’s have exactly the same lies that biological fathers are being subjected to by the birth mom’s and the adoption agencies. LDS backed Adoption Agencies.

How is the “Birth Mom” telling me she would give birth locally and I was to pick up the child any different than the above case?
The “Birth Mom” being coached to do this by state licensed adoption couselor, again clearly more illegalities that involves the agencies. And we know that this is “True” because of the preponderance of evidence, -That it that is has happened multiple times ‘with the same wording’ by parties who’s only connection is the Adoption Counselors.
And what about having multiple agencies who contact the fathers simultaneously, by mail and phone to confuse the location of the child? And these “same” Agencies have worked together on many hotly contested Adoption’s in the Past ? Fraud, Conspiracy, child kidnapping etc! .
Is it only a Crime if the Birth Mom does it, and the Adoptive Hopefulls are upset! It is Only treated as a crime when this happens. Under the laws of this country that are not being enforced properly, the fathers are Entitled to “Equal Protection” under the 14th Ammendment. So if the FBI goes after Birth Moms for promising a couple of strangers “the baby,” they must go after the birth moms on behalf of the Natural Fathers as well. And they must go after the Adoption Agencies when the conspire or participate in the Fraud. And stop discriminating against Natural Parents Rights!
I feel sorry for Adoptive Hopefulls, I do … But It’s not their child, if they get taken it hurts … But its not their child!
Remember they get to Reject them years later … then they become wards of the state lost in the Foster Care System Forever. (This is a very large statistic Ive been told about 50% of foreign children.)
It’s time that the well being of Natural, Actual Parents are protected by this government because they are the only people who will actually love them unconditionally.

Parents reject Difficult but not impossible children. Do we expect Wealthy people who buy children to take the easy road or be solid parents when our children grow up to be teenagers.
…The mom claims that her adopted son came along with a host of issues that she was not aware of when she adopted him….
Do adoptive parents have both the right in this country to both buy children and then return them?
