The Abraham Center for Life Website is Down … Down … Down … This could be because they are being investigated by the FDA and FBI right now or fear of lawsuits from the connections between the two agencies.
However Google has cached many of their websites, Any and all web searches for “Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc.” and simular sounding names lead to cache’d websites on http://abrahamcenteroflife.com/
On their old website it states … “If you are an adoption attorney or licensed agency and would like more information on our services, please contact us at 1-800-488-3238 and we will be glad to explain our program to you. ”
In other words Jennalee Ryan is asking to assemble an attorney / agency organization! Notice Also that Jennalee Ryan asks attorney’s first not adoption agencies? If Ryan is planning consentual and above the board adoptions why does she need attorneys more than adoption agencies. People only need attorneys to do nonconsensual and possibly illegal actions. All government actions that are consentual and legal only need forms and notaries! And this is a lot cheaper than hiring an attorney!
Therefore Jennalee Ryan CEO and Founder Abagails Silver Spoon Adoptions, Inc has already assembled a network for dealing with nonconsensual and possibly illegal activities!
I think this is unethical to take children from contesting fathers or manufacture embryo’s in the test tubes when there are so many children suffering in the Foster Care System!

Why is the interstate Commerce of human souls being allowed in the United States of America? And individual state laws protecting the Baby selling industry but not parental rights?
Shouldn’t the US government protect the little guy? And let the fathers pick the state of Jurisdiction, between birth, conception, adoption etc?

I believe that every states laws that can have a claim’s laws should be followed. If both parents live in one state, the child is concieved in that state, and one parent is flown to another state by an agency from yet another state I don’t think that the “yet another state” should have jurisdiction. Just because they were used in Birth Deception. I think the state of conception, and citizenship of both parents should take precedent. Most Importantly Every child has a right to know where they came from and every parent has a right to know their own child!

Why is a California Insurance Agent Running a Utah Adoption Agency? It seems just like more ways to circumvent local laws and any legal responsibility! James Webb also sells Insurance and Real Estate a Perfect Opportunity for Money Laundering!

Why do Adoption Agencies Lie about their location in phone listings and in phone calls just to get Babies to Utah? Why? Is it because Utah’s legal system has become corrupted by the Adoption Industry and it is unfavorably Biased for the Adoption Industry? Note that the Uninvestigated cases of Fraud against adoptive parents by the Utah Department of Justice means they are anti adoptive parent too, just pro adoption industry! Imagine if someone charges 10,000 dollars to send a model to your hotel room for sex, and calls it “Advertising Fee’s.” That would be considered Prostitution and Money Laundering.

I called their 1-800-Number (800) 430-2367 and it lead me to the AdoptionCenter or the Adoption Center of Choice,
In fact when I called the Coucelor who is commiting Purgery against me in court in Utah answered the phone(Linda Cohler). As both a victim/father and also an advocate the personal story gets lost. I don’t know how many times I’ve read the name of the Fraud Practicing Attorney’s or their Adoption Services and not the names of the Children as if they are not even Human beings. Remember Cody’s daughter is going to grow up some day and find out about thefraud scheme executed to “sell” her so will my daughter? I ask you how would you feel if the adoption industry abducted you and took you away from your natural parents and biological family as if you vanished? I remind people that her name is Teresa and I will not rest until this situation is made right!I think Every child has the right to know where they came from and that anyone in the immediate family, aunts, uncles has the right to know the child because that is the natural way that people are! I think Utah and the adoption industry needs to open Adoptions unless everyone in the immediate family is proven extremely unfit or willingly rejects the child. Adoptions agencies should not be arranging adoptions against the will of one of the parents or move the child from state to state in order to defraud one of the parents intentionally. This behavior is immoral, unethical and it should be illegal, constituting fraud and abduction.
Teresa has a two grandfathers one living grandmother and a several aunts, an uncle as well extended family and good friends too. There are many people being hurt by this industry not just random single “deadbeat” dads. But men who feel if they are a father that they want to be a father!
I wonder if it is the Intent for the Utah adoption Industry to never let the children know of their natural parents or they don’t realise what any adult child would think finding out what happened to them?
I encourage anybody reading this to seek the numerous stories of adoptee’s who feel lost, who feel identity crisis or who were abused and even sometimes murdered by adoptive parents.
Adopted children are not always happy with their situation. If a man actually cares about a child it doesn’t make right to treat him like the other numerous men out there who would rather run from responsibility and only acknowledge a child because the mother makes them pay child support!
How would you feel adopting a child that eventually finds out that their father wanted them and they payed a fraud practicing adoption services to cheat him?
I think the Adult adoptee’s of these adoption’s will be outraged at all the institutions involved!

My ex girlfriend who was pregnant with my child ran off to Utah to give birth to a baby girl in a messed up state institution and with a company that lies, cheats and steals to undermine natural families of god given rights!
I hired an attorney in Utah within three days of recieving a letter from an adoption agency calling itself Ironically the “adoption agency of choice” – “agency of choice” sounds like an abortion facility if you ask me; And even though I got on the ball immediately, and got an attorney right then and there I’m still facing an uphill battle against lies and nonsense?
Also I had filed for paternity in our home state more than a month before this so both she and I were aware that I had made a stand for the child in indiana where the child was concieved and where both of us resided;
I imagine that the caring counselors at the adoption center were made aware of this as well. The caring counselors I talked to on the phone claimed they knew about me for over a month and failed to inform me of the situation. They were also told immediately by me on the phone that I opposed the adoption therefore the adoption took place against my will and without allowing me a “choice!” Great track record for the adoption center of “choice!”
The question is what do we have to do to get our children back from this messed up and horrible institution?
I have pending court cases in Utah and therfore I do have a chance! But the reality is that this shouldn’t even be happening at all!
Fathers and Natural families should have a say in the placement of their children, no matter what!
I’n my case I established interest by filing for paternity in my home state, the state of conception and the state of residence of the biological parents of the child.
I also immediately informed the adoption center by telephone that I opposed the adoption, and got a lawyer at huge personal expense in their state to play their games and tricks!

Contact your own State Senator! Inform them that Utah violates the 1960 the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children. And that the Adoption Agency we are fighting sued the Utah Supreme court to keep it from being enforced and won! If you read my story, I am one of many men who have been victims of multistate adoption scheme’s that have been developed by white slavery agencies.
I found out in talking to Nikki Lopez the counselor at Adoption Services Associates in San Antonio Texas that Silver Spoons was the placement agency and that they were made “fully aware” that we “intended to fight the adoption in” court.

That means an expecting father has to shell out over $20,000 dollars since he has to file for paternity in every single state since they work in every state in the country(and even international.)

There is nothing good or touchy feely lovey dovey about an adoption when one of the parents wants the child and it is intentionally taken from him for money!
Certainly these people need to be prosecuted and they deserve much worse.
You have to consider the morality of people who deal in the selling of human souls.
