It’s important in life to put our best face forward and our best intentions into any conflict that we get into…
What right now stand between me and my daughter and the parents of other children who were literally abducted by these agencies who are “experts” at misleading the courts and expecting fathers!
I think as long as you put good energy into a fight you never lose and you have always made a stand for the truth and doing the right thing! I think if you put bad energy into your problems and win there is always baggage that will follow you around!

I hope I can get myself an online petition; and or one for all of the parents and court systems douped in the same way by this and other unscrupulous adoption / abduction agencies!
As you read in my other posts her name first names are Teresa and Yoshimi! Yoshimi after the flaming lips song and Teresa after the important Catholic Saint. Saint Teresa of Avila!
Wish me luck / and or pray for me! I need it, both to win but to keep my immediate family and myself from comming apart!

The reason I am naming her Yoshimi is that I decided years ago that If I ever have a daughter that I would only allow her to date boys after she got a black belt in a martial arts system preferably aikido or some type of kobudo jujutsu system like daito ryu …
In the Song “Yoshimi” by the flaming lips -the greatest band in the world I’m watching them play, they sing “her name is Yoshimi she’s a blackbelt in karate’!”
This Year at the bonnaroo music and arts festival the Flaming Lips started playing at midnight at the very beginning of father’s day! When they played yoshimi the words “her name is yoshimi she’s a blackbelt in karate” struck a nerve in me and it just felt right!
The girl has two first names and therefore she gets two last names and a middle name too!
She is named Yoshimi her rainbow family name, since both Tiffany Rusk the Mother and Me(Bryn Ayers) are rainbow family she followed the greatful dead when she was in highschool and I followed phish when I was in College!
Teresa is her Christian name! After Saint Teresa of Avila “daughter of Jesus” the catholic saint who along with saint John of the Cross essentially created catholic mysticism, or “Good” Religion! Mystisim = Good Religion,/ Dogma = Bad Religion!
Lulu is her party name! If she doesn’t like any of her first names she can change them when she’s older! But she’s still getting a blackbelt before she can date boys!
Ayers, thats my last name! I’m Bryn Ayers! My Father is Jim, and my mother is Bronwyn!
Rusk is her mother’s last Name! She’s Tiffany Rusk, her father is Paul and Mother Cindy!
Probably legally I will name her Teresa and I might not want to push the “Yoshimi” too much in the courts … Its a cute name and a good name for a Baby!
I’m sure that as a young woman she will go by Teresa instead but its a cute name for a Baby, and it will let people know how cool her dad is(we hope!)

It’s a cell from my own body!
It’s an extension of my own life!
She is my contribution to life evolution and my gift to god or who or whatever is in charge in the universe!
I am her only true “father!”
She is the realization of the love my girlfriend and I had together at the time we conceived our daughter!
I am fighting for the life that she and I are supposed to have together!

You may be aware of Cody’s struggle at http://www.babyselling.com/ ; My story is simular to his!
My ex girlfriend who was pregnant with my child ran off to Utah to give birth to a baby girl in a messed up state institution and with a company that lies, cheats and steals to undermine natural families of god given rights!
I hired an attorney in Utah within three days of recieving a letter from an adoption agency calling itself Ironically the “adoption agency of choice” – “agency of choice” sounds like an abortion facility if you ask me; And even though I got on the ball immediately, and got an attorney right then and there I’m still facing an uphill battle against lies and nonsense?
Also I had filed for paternity in our home state more than a month before this so both she and I were aware that I had made a stand for the child in indiana where the child was concieved and where both of us resided;
I imagine that the caring councelors at the adoption center were made aware of this as well. The caring councelors I talked to on the phone claimed they knew about me for over a month and failed to inform me of the situation. They were also told immediately by me on the phone that I opposed the adoption therefore the adoption took place against my will and without allowing me a “choice!” Great track record for the adoption center of “choice!”
The question is what do we have to do to get our children back from this messed up and horrible institution?
I have pending court cases in Utah and therfore I do have a chance! But the reality is that this shouldn’t even be happening at all!
Fathers and Natural families should have a say in the placement of their children, no matter what!
I’n my case I established interest by filing for paternity in my home state, the state of conception and the state of residence of the biological parents of the child.
I also immediately informed the adoption center by telephone that I opposed the adoption, and got a lawyer at huge personal expense in their state to play their games and tricks!
